The first exercise is a sit up, and to do this Lydia said you should lie on your back, with your elbows open, then sit all the way up and roll back down to the start position.
Next is the reverse crunch, Lydia explained: "Gently roll your tail bone up and towards the ceiling, cross your ankles and keep your knees over your hips."
The third exercise is a back extension, for this you need to put your hands behind your head, keep your gaze forward, sit down onto your heels, rise up and lean slightly forward, then return to the start position and repeat.
Next up is mountain climbers, Lydia explains: "Keep your hands under your shoulders, bring your knees to your chest, to increase your heart rate - pick the pace up,"
Number five is what Lydia likes to call the windscreen wipers, and to do this you need to lay on your back with your arms to the side. Then push your palms to the ground, keeping your knees over your hips and move from side to side.

Then you move onto a plank with knee thrust and for this exercise, Lydia said it's important that you do no let your back drop.
She said you should keep your tail bone tucked in and your belly button drawn into your spine, then bring your knee towards your chest and alternate legs.
Next up is a reach through crunch, Lydia explained: "Keep your lower back into ground, lift your shoulder blades off the floor and reach through your legs."
The eighth exercise is scissor kicks and to do this you need to place your hands underneath your bum cheeks and press your lower back into the ground and scissor your legs.
For exercise nine, you'll be doing the dead bug, so to do this you lay on your back, keeping your belly button towards your spine and lower the opposing legs and arms to the ground and bring back to starting position
Number ten is the plank, Lydia explains: "Balance on your palms and the balls of your feet, keep your tail bone tucked, draw your belly button up and towards your spine and hold.
