Meghan Markle ‘can’t live without’ this £350 piece of cooking equipment – and it’s the secret to keeping her healthy
Meghan Markle is known as something of a foodie
MEGHAN Markle is a big foodie who used to share dishes and recipes on her now-closed social media pages.
While she may have stopped sharing her culinary creations with the world, no doubt she still cooks up a storm at home for her new husband Prince Harry.
And her equipment of choice is none other than a blender, albeit a high-end £350 version.
Meghan’s weapon of choice in the kitchen is a Vitamix, which describes itself as a “use-mine-every-day, can’t-live-without-it, commercial-standard blender”.
It reportedly followed her wherever she went, and she would whip up not only drinks but food in it too.
Pictures on her Instagram page show the former actress posing with her Vitamix, which she used to make everything from shakes to pesto.

Andrew Morton’s book, Meghan, a Hollywood Princess, reveals how much she relied on her Vitamix.
It said that when staying in, the 37-year-old would make “vegetable soup in her beloved Vitamix”.
The gadget was used by Meghan day to day, and she even managed to resist the lure of caffeine with it.
She told : "If I blend some apple, kale, spinach, lemon, and ginger in my Vitamix in the morning and bring it to work, I always find that sipping on that is a much better boost than a cup of espresso."
The blender was such a staple of Meghan’s life, even her co-stars joked about it.
Her on-screen love interest on Suits Mike, aka Patrick J Adams, revealed it was his wedding gift of choice for the couple.
He told : “We were trying to choose between like a blender or bread maker.
“You know something classy, like a good blender.
"Like a Vitamix (blender), yeah. She's gonna need a Vitamix for sure.
“Whether I'm there or not, the Vitamix is going to the wedding.”
And when she relocated from her native LA to Toronto, where Suits was filmed, there was one prized possession which went with her: her Vitamix.
Not content with buying a new one, Andrew Morton wrote: “She packed it into the back seat of her car even though it would have been just as easy to buy a new one.
“It sat on the kitchen counter in the Toronto house, a material reminder that her home was no longer in Los Angeles.”
Now she’s relocated even further – to Kensington Palace to be precise - it's likely Meghan brought her Vitamix along too.
Her love of cooking hasn’t appeared to have diminished after her move, with Prince Harry proposing while the couple were roasting a chicken, and her first solo venture is supporting a cookbook.
