CHOCOHOLIC'S DREAM

Galaxy has launched salted caramel biscuits…and we have zero will power

JUST the words "salted caramel" make us extremely happy.

So when we found out that Galaxy had released a brand new biscuit, Salted Caramel Rounds, we headed straight to the supermarket.

The shortcake rounds are dipped in a delicious, salted caramel layer before being coated in smooth, galaxy chocolate.

It's basically the ideal combination - paired with a cup of tea, of course.

And if salted caramel isn't for you (no judgement, ish) there's a plain version on sale too.

The rounds are available now in all major supermarkets and are priced at £1.99 per pack.

And they're not the only chocolate treat we're excited about this week.

Maltesers truffles have officially been spotted in supermarkets - and while we don't know the exact stores, Sainsbury's are said to be currently stocking the product.

Mars promised the highly-anticipated new addition would hit UK shelves mid-July, offering a "different and more indulgent taste sensation''.

The melt-in-the-mouth truffles feature a crunchy Maltesers base, topped with a creamy filling - all packaged in a luxurious red wrapper.

Looks like it's time for a visit to the chocolate aisle.
