Cheese-filled hot cross buns are coming to London in time for Easter… and they look unbrielievable

EASTER just got a whole lot more exciting, as cheese-filled hot cross buns are coming to London.
For four weeks, toastie company Grill My Cheese will be smothering buns with helpings of stringy Cheddar, topped off with dollops of creamy Brie and lashings of salted caramel. Drool!
The tasty offerings will be served from Monday March 19 at Selfridges Food Hall – and they sound absolutely mouthwatering.
The cheesy hot cross buns aren’t the only treat on the menu, and there is plenty to whet your appetite.
Also being served is their show-stopping Rainbow toastie, which is also stuffed full of multi-coloured cheese - perfect for that show-stopping Instagram post.
They will also be whipping up their classic toastie, The G.M.C, and their three-cheese Mac Attack, which is oozing with homemade macaroni. What a treat!
There will also be the option to make it into a "Selfridges Special" by adding extra lashings of truffle.
And after your tasty treat, you can wash it down with a fruit slushi.
Opening hours are 9.30am to 9pm Monday to Saturdays, and 12pm-6pm on Sundays.

Beetroot, rocket and caramelised onion-flavoured cheeses, goat's cheese and truffle oil - £9

Last year they released a book which included indulgent cheesy recipes will make your mouth water, including gooey mozzarella sticks to glorified beans on toast.
