Tired and hangry ALL the time… We try Victoria Beckham’s bizarre vinegar, seeds and bee pollen diet
We put Posh's menu to the test to see if we can survive on Mrs Beckham's diet including salmon every day and chewing coffee beans instead of drinking booze

VICTORIA Beckham is famous for her dinky frame and her "interesting food choices".
She's recently hit the headlines for a series of weird and wonderful meals including cooking up seeds with liquid aminos as a family snack, drinking apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning and eating bee pollen.
Here's how Sun journalist Lauren Windle dealt with the lack of concentration, exhaustion and extreme HANGER that comes from eating like the queen of fashion.
Day One
Breakfast - Green vegetable juice with bee pollen
Starting the day for me usually means a few slices of toast or a big bowl of Crunchy Nut, but today I am channelling Victoria Beckham and that means a green juice in the style of her famed "monster juices" with some bee pollen.
A green vegetable juice isn't a total nightmare, even if I'm not accustomed to a liquid meal, but the bee pollen did not go down well.
The earthy garden smell is enough to put you off your Shreddies in the morning and knocking back a whole glass was difficult.
But it was the first challenge and there's no way I was going to fall at the first hurdle, so I knocked it back... the whole gardeny glass.
Lunch - Three pieces of salmon sushi
I'm no stranger to sushi and in fact - I quite like the stuff. My issue with Vicky's food is her portioning.
Posh only eats meals the size of her fist to avoid stretching out her stomach so I was only allowed three bits of my Japanese lunch.
The food itself was fine, but I could have easily eaten three times as much - especially after the brekkie juice.
Snack - Edamame beans
By this point I was hungry. More than that, I was so hungry that I was raging at everything and everyone. The hanger had set in.
It's not possible to get to 3.30pm on just juice and three bits of sushi, without wanting to punch someone in the face if they so much as brush past you in the corridor.
The edamame was so far from filling the gaping void in my stomach that it was insulting. No wonder VB rarely cracks a smile.
Exercise - Three mile run (ish)
Three miles is just shy of 5k. The last time I ran that far I was being sponsored for cancer research AND I'd taken the opportunity to carbo-load as if I was running the marathon.
But not this time, now I was jogging on a practically empty stomach.
Vicky usually squeezes this in between running a fashion empire, raising four kids and cooking up weird food... as you do.
Did I do three miles? Did I f***. I managed one and a half and I'm not even sorry.
Dinner - Grilled yellow fin tuna steak and salad
Another meal and plain plate of food for me on my quest to be Victoria Beckham.
The tuna fillet did nothing to calm the raging beast inside my stomach.
And the situation was only made worse by my family chowing down on sausages and mash with rich onion gravy.
When they got out the pudding I decided to go up to bed, at least when I'm asleep I don't have to think about how empty my stomach is.
Day 2
First thing - Apple cider vinegar
If you take one piece of advice from my experiment it should be this: NEVER DRINK VINEGAR.
Only someone who hates themselves would want to glug down apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning so Mrs Beckham must be a glutton for punishment.
The bowl - paired with unsweetened almond milk, is basically salty cereal, with only a couple of raisins to soften the blow.
I didn't even care about the small portion by that point, there was only so much of the stuff I could stomach.
Snack - Frozen grapes
With an ever increasing feeling of heart-burn after knocking back acidic vinegar first thing, I moved on to my morning snack.
By this point I was hungry, angry and exhausted. This is just not enough fuel to power a busy life and certainly not a fashion empire and family.
Frozen grapes provided a welcome bit of relief, they were cold and uncomfortable to bite into but a bit of brain freeze can be tolerated when you finally have some sugar.
Haribo they aint, but at this point... I'll take what I can get.
Lunch - Corn soup with grilled salmon
The midday meal consisted on a Beckham favourite - corn soup.
And conscious of the fact I hadn't had my day's intake of salmon, I popped half a fillet on the side. Let's face it, a nice crusty roll was never on the cards anyway.
The meal was fine but it didn't even touch the sides. BRING ME THE REAL FOOD.
Is that even food? Possibly not. Liquid aminos is basically a bottle of soy sauce tasting stuff which is packed full of amino acids - the smaller parts that make up proteins.
There's a chance I overcooked (read: burnt) the seeds as I have no idea how long seeds should be "toasted" for, but I actually enjoyed the salty, smokey flavour.
Still not a huge portion but at least things were looking up.
Pub - Chewing coffee beans
Victoria Beckham is reportedly carefully about her alcohol intake - which makes sense as she seems to be carefully about everything.
