She says: “I never use measurements and probably use a lot more garlic and seasoning than most but just wing it, if you prefer a proper recipe with measurements etc you’ll probably find a similar one online to follow.
“I shared one large pack of chicken breasts and used the same packs of veg and spices across the five meals.”
And one of her biggest tips is to buy a large pack of chicken breasts.
She says: “Buy 1kg or large pack of chicken breasts and stretch them between all meals.
“Plan the meals which use the same veg and divide the veg up before you cook.
“Marinate chicken the night before using whatever spices you have, it makes a huge difference to simple meals.
“Make meals using spices/oils/herbs and bits you already have at home (cheddar cheese, olive oil, garlic etc).”
To make parmesan Crusted Chicken Alfredo, you’ll need: chicken breasts, loads of garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, any pasta, mushrooms, flour, milk, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt & pepper.
She then explains how to make the Cajun chicken ciabattas. You’ll need: chicken breasts, cheddar cheese, sourdough mini ciabattas, baby potatoes, olive oil, one red onion, rocket, Cajun seasoning (Sour cream, hot sauce and spring onion - optional).

Then to make the pulled chicken & chorizo quesadillas, you’ll need: chicken breasts, garlic, chorizo, cheddar cheese, red onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, pouch of Spanish grains, loads of seasoning (smoked paprika, Cajun, cumin, salt and pepper), sour cream and sweet potatoes.
And finally to make the one pan lemon & garlic chicken with thyme. You’ll need: remaining chicken breasts, three lemons, loads of garlic cloves, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, mushrooms, remaining baby potatoes and asparagus.
