Bloke shows simple hack to get extra ice cream from the machine at Ikea & people are desperate to try it themselves
IKEA is famous for its flatpack furniture but also its food, with its budget hotdogs and meatballs also on people’s shopping lists when they visit.
And the Swedish store doesn’t disappoint in the dessert department either, with an ice cream machine selling cones for 50p.
If you've ever thought one ice cream isn't enough, a bloke has shared a simple hack showing how to get even more for your money.
For anyone who doesn’t know the drill, you get a cone and place it under the machine, then pop your money in and it dispenses the ice cream.
But one bloke, called David, has shared the easy way to get a little extra in a video on , saying: “Don’t let them find out.”
Revealing the simple tip, he says: “How to get more ice cream from IKEA.
“Push the cone up a little bit. The machine senses WEIGHT!!
“It’ll keep going until the cone feels heavy.”
It shows him holding his cone so the machine doesn’t sense the weight, as he manages to get a super-sized ice cream.
His tutorial has been viewed more than two million times, as people were in awe over the simple trick - and desperate to try it out now Ikea's re-opened.
One person said: “Now I wanna go to Ikea."
Someone else wrote: "The biggest and best hack ever I'm doing it."
A third wrote: "I legit do that every time it actually works."
