WHEN lockdown kicked in over a month ago, caffeine lovers were getting creative with their morning brew at home with many fans rustling up a mug of dalgona coffee - or better known as the delicious whipped coffee trend that took social media by storm.

And it seems parents are jumping on board the whipped train once more, but rather than a blend of sugar and instant coffee whipped into a cloud-like foam, mums and dads are opting for strawberry flavoured Nesquik making it a perfect child-friendly treat.

Resembling strawberry milk, but whipped, the sweet treat is made up of only three simple ingredients.

According to food influencer Valentina Mussi (), all you need is strawberry flavoured Nesquick (or chocolate if you'd prefer), heavy cream and milk - that's it.

To whip up some for your little ones (or for yourself, we won't judge), simply add one heaped tablespoon of Nesquick into a bowl.

Then add 1/4 cup of heavy cream and mix it together using a whisk.

You should see the ingredients form a heavenly pink fluffy foam, and when that happens you're all set.

Simply add the mousse to a cup of hot or cold milk and enjoy - but be warned, the hot milk could make the whipped cream melt more quickly, so we suggest sticking with a cold beverage instead.

After you've tried the strawberry milkshake and looking for another whipped concoction to "whip up", the popular foodie also showed how to make a mouth-watering Biscoff whipped milk too - the options really are endless.

The method is almost exactly the same as Nesquik shake, however, like the whipped coffee recipe where sugar is required, the Biscoff drink offers the choice to add sugar for extra sweetness.

Warning: you may begin to drool and continue throughout the preparation process.
