Woman shares recipe for delicious cheesecake Easter eggs – and they couldn’t be easier to make
WITH Easter nearly upon here it won’t be long until we’re left with an abundance of chocolate eggs.
And one woman has come up with a brilliant way to use up all that leftover chocolate with her cheesecake Easter egg recipe.
Taking to the Facebook group she shared the very simple recipe.
All you will need for the sweet treat is two hollow chocolate eggs, digestive biscuits, butter, double cream, condensed milk and plain chocolate.
You can also add mini chocolate eggs as a topping if you so wish.
Simply combine crushed biscuits with butter and line the eggs with them before filling with your chocolate ganache mixture and leaving to set in the fridge (see full recipe below.)
