For her evening reception, the bride decided to chop up her favourite white pageant dress to make a custom-made playsuit – and people have pointed out it gave her an unfortunate wedgie.

Photos of the unusual wedding outfit were posted online and showed before and after shots of the romper.

The caption read: “This bride wanted something different for her reception attire.

“Using a favourite pageant dress the bride previously wore, a custom shorts romper was made.

“The romper features beaded straps, and pockets with bead trim taken from along the hem of the original dress.”

People were quick to share their thoughts on the wedding playsuit – and most were not complimentary.

“What a waste of a nice dress”, one person wrote.

Other people added: “Thanks I hate it” and “oh dear God”.

Meanwhile many people pointed out that the shorts gave her a wedgie.

One person commented: “That’s the biggest wedgie I’ve ever seen”, and another added: “Not flattering and looks super wedgy. In general not a bad idea.”
