Hot or cold
The Sleep Council recommends that the ideal temperature for sleeping is between 16-18°C, anything above 24°C causes restlessness, while a cold room (around 12°C) will make it difficult to nod off.
This Dyson machine will make sure you can sort all of those out and is perfect for the weather we have been having.
The Pure Hot+Cool purifying fan heats with purified air, cools with purified air and has an LCD screen to show how much - and what kind of - pollution is in your home.
It has a night mode and you can control via the Dyson app.

Cooling down
We have just had the hottest late August Bank Holiday Monday on record at 33 degrees so air conditioner units will no longer be things that we just see when we are abroad on holiday!
The Arlek 8k BTU Portable Air Conditioner has cooling and dehumidifying functions, with 2 speed settings and a remote control.
It's got wheels to move it about and I tried it in every room and even in a large area it worked brilliantly.
It's got a built in 24 hour timer so you can set it to turn on at the hottest part of the day. A great investment.

- Revlon, PhotoReady Candid Concealer, £6.99, 10ml -
Concealer packed with antioxidants caffeine and Vitamin E as well as antipollution and anti-blue light ingredients.
Particularly good for dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. I found it blended really well and I only needed a small amount of product to do the job!
Available in four colours: vanilla, sand, banana and café. Would love more shades – but this was my favourite formula of the three and a bargain price!

- Barry M, All Night Long Concealer, £4.49, 5ml -
A full coverage, vegan-friendly concealer promising to blur imperfections and highlight complexion.
Vitamin E makes this nourishing for a concealer and I had no dryness or caking. I use it mainly to highlight the under eye area but it is good for covering blemishes too.
11 shades now available from the lightest shade milk to the darkest shade chestnut.
