Pandora launches new Little Mermaid charms featuring Ariel, Flounder and Sebastian – and they’ll make perfect Christmas gifts for Disney fans

THE Little Mermaid fans can now get their hands on adorable charms from Pandora featuring all their favourite characters.

Ariel and her friends, Sebastian and Flounder, have been reimagined as charms as part of Pandora's Disney collection.

Hot on the heels of their Lion King range, the jewellers has released four new charms based on the iconic film, which is set for a live action remake.

The charms range from £55 to £60, and they’ll make perfect presents for any Disney-mad fan in your life.

Pandora said: “It's hard to believe Ariel and her friends splashed onto the big screen and into our hearts 30 years ago!”

Fans can choose from two Ariel designs, one featuring the iconic mermaid sat atop a pearl, while the other has a green scale background, engraved with ‘part of this world'.

The website said: “Striking a delicate pose, Ariel sits atop a freshwater cultured pearl.

"Intricately detailed and fine-lined, the charm channels Ariel's signature look, including the scales on her fin and her long hair."

And describing the second one, Pandora says: "Engraved with the message 'part of your world', the charm expresses a longing for new adventures and going after all that sparks curiosity in us.”

And there are two other designs based on her best friends, including Sebastian the crab who's decorated with musical notes - a reference to his love of singing.

Pandora said: “Let the spirit of creativity inspire your charm collection and bring your favourite character into the fold with the sterling silver dangle charm featuring music notes engraved on top.”

And Flounder, Ariel’s sidekick, is decorated with blue, mimicking his animated fins.

Pandora said: “The Flounder sterling silver charm with a movable tail fin serves as a reminder of the power of friendship, loyalty and companionship.”
