It was Elbow Grease's degreaser that the woman said transformed her worn piece of furniture.

Captioning her post, she wrote: "Got myself some Elbow Grease after all the reviews. Very impressed, using it on everything.

"Took these stains away with no effort."

When asked how she used the product, she added: "I just sprayed it and lightly rubbed with a Minky pad."

The woman's photos appeared to show that nasty watermarks - some of which had been left by earlier cleaning efforts - had been completely removed.

Other members of the group were clearly impressed, with one writing in the comments section: "Wow this doesn't even look like the same chair. Mine look like this right now. Defo gonna try this [sic]."

Another said: "That's brilliant."

A few people backed the poster's recommendation.

"It's the best cleaning product I have ever bought," read one message.

"I have been decorating and tend to make a mess but Elbow Grease has been a godsend."
