Three bridesmaids reveal they were dumped by cruel bridezillas because they lost weight, fell pregnant and were too tall
THREE bridesmaids have revealed how they were unceremoniously dumped by bridezillas in the run up to their weddings.
Women called Clare, Cassie and Plum appeared earlier today on This Morning - with their faces covered with bridal-looking veils to protect their identity - to reveal how weight loss, pregnancy and being too tall had been the bizarre reasons for their respective dismissals.

Davina McCall and Rochelle Humes, who were hosting the ITV show, started off by asking Clare about her wedding nightmare.
She revealed how she was "excited" to receive a call, while she was working out in Ibiza, from her school best friend who asked her to be her bridesmaid.
They had been "chubby" teens who had stuck together and made a pact to play a key role in each other's future weddings.
However, they hadn't seen each other in several years when Clare - who had dropped from a size 16 to a size 12 - flew back to the UK for the bridesmaid dress fitting.

The bride, who was still a size 18, was shocked by her dramatic weight loss.
"When she saw how much weight I'd lost, she looked absolutely mortified," Clare explained, adding that the other bridesmaids were also plus-size.
"There were just no words, she didn't really speak to me much."
The following day the bride called her up to tell her that she no longer wanted her to be a bridesmaid because of the weight loss.

On a second occasion, blonde-haired Clare was dumped again by another blonde bridezilla who wanted her bridesmaids to have brunette hair - but she refused to dye her locks.
Davina and Rochelle then asked the second ex-bridesmaid, Cassie, about being dumped because she fell pregnant.
The bride, who had been a uni friend and been her own bridesmaid, had seemed fine when she told her she was expecting just after the 12-week scan and would be about six months pregnant on her wedding day.
"Then a few days later I got a text message saying, 'me and my husband have been talking and we feel that it would probably be best if you stepped down as a bridesmaid'," she explained.

Cassie said she was too "upset" to even go to the wedding and they haven't spoken for a number of years since.
Then, the third former bridesmaid, called Plum, revealed how her friend of six years from university asked her to be a bridesmaid - and said to her at the time she'd need to pay for her own dress and shoes.
"We went to the first fitting, had all the alterations and paid for the dress, and tried on the shoes which needed to be sent off to be covered," she said, before revealing that the entire outfit set her back £400.
At the second fitting it became apparent that the bride and other bridesmaids were all between 5ft. and 5ft.4.
Plum, who is 6ft., offered to wear flats instead of her 2-inch heels - but she was still booted out of the bridal party in case she "outshined" the bride.
Then a few days later I got a text message saying, 'me and my husband have been talking and we feel that it would probably be best if you stepped down as a bridesmaid.'
Pregnant ex-bridesmaid
Viewers couldn't believe the way the three women had been treated.
One person wrote: "If your friend is gonna dump you as a bridesmaid for petty reasons like this then they aren't a good enough friend."
Another commented: "Woman on sacked from being a bridesmaid because she lost weight, & another time for having blonde hair - great insight into the world of seething jealousy that is female friendships."
A third shared: "So one bridesmaid was dumped because she lost weight, the second one was pregnant - with twins - and the third was tall. With (former) friends like those..."
