Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas engaged to property developer she dated before the royal – and he’s called Harry, too!
PRINCE Harry's ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas has announced her engagement to boyfriend Harry Wentworth-Stanley - who she first dated BEFORE her royal romance.
The Duke of Sussex and Cressida first started dating in 2012 after being introduced by Princess Eugenie but split after two years together.
Shortly after the break-up, Cressida resumed her relationship with the property developer - who is the son of the Marchioness of Milford Haven and (weirdly enough) is also called Harry.
Cressida's husband-to-be shared the happy news on Instagram with a selfie of the pair in a field in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Dressed casually in a grey tank top, Cressida, 30, proudly showed off her stunning sparkler in the sweet photo, which Harry captioned: "We getting married."
Since it was uploaded last night, royal fans were quick to congratulate the couple - and even Kate Middleton's brother James sent his best wishes.
Along with three heart emojis, James commented: "So wonderful."
Sky Sports presenter Natalie Pinkham wrote: "Yes! Yes! And yeeeees again!! Love you guys xxx"
Although she split from Prince Harry after two years together in 2014, Cressida - who works as an actress - has stayed on friendly terms with her ex and even attended his wedding to Meghan Markle last year.
Despite never openly speaking her relationship with the Duke of Sussex, Cressida has previously opened up about how frustrating she finds being "pigeon-holed" as Prince Harry's ex in the industry and "being defined by a much more famous man".
During an interview with BBC's Woman's Hour in 2017, Cressida said: "It's incredibly frustrating, especially in the industry that I'm in.
"But you know, it is the way it is. It's about making a stand and saying, 'No, this is who I am and this is what I want to do.'"
Earlier this year, royal expert Katie Nicholl claimed that Prince Harry has "severed ties" with his exes Cressida Bonas and Chelsy Davy since marrying Meghan Markle - despite the fact that both of them attended his wedding.
