Woman horrified after Tinder match suggests they should contact her dead boyfriend via a Ouija board to get permission to have sex
A SINGLE woman was horrified after a Tinder match suggested they use a Ouija board to try and contact her boyfriend who had passed away - to get his blessing to have sex.
Dating in the modern world is a minefield of catfishes and naughty photos, but this man takes the crown for the most tactless response ever.
After her boyfriend sadly passed away last year, one singleton was finally ready to take the first steps into the world of dating again.
She joined Tinder, and matched up with a bloke.
As they struck up a conversation, she decided to be upfront and honest about her past.
Sharing a snap of their ill-fated conversation, the guy asks her: “Why you using Tinder?”
To which she replies: “My boyfriend died last year so I’m just trying to get back in the dating scene really.”
But rather than sympathy or understanding, her potential date then makes a very inappropriate suggestion.
First he says “damn that’s sad” – fairly a normal response.
But he follows it up with: “On our first date we should use a Ouija board to get his permission to smash.”
Outraged, she replied: “What the f**** is wrong with you.”
The shocking conversation has been shared online, where it’s received mixed responses.
One person said: “This can’t be real.”
Another commented: “I’m actually disgusted by that, I hope it wasn’t you op [original poster].”
A third asked: “The thing I don’t understand is if these guys really want to f*** so bad, why don’t they at least pretend to be decent for 20mins?”
But others thought bringing up a dead ex-boyfriend as a conversation starter was strange.
Someone else wrote: “To be fair, why bring up a dead boyfriend when first chatting to a new interest?”
Agreeing, this person said: “Who starts a convo on Tinder by bringing up their last boyfriend dead or not?”
