The toe dip is the Instagram pose Caroline Flack and Vicky Pattison love – and it’ll make your legs look slimmer in seconds
WE don’t know about you, but the recent heatwave has got us in the mood to dress for summer – and that means getting our legs out.
So why not follow – quite literally – in the footsteps of Caroline Flack, Vicky Pattison and other stars in trying out the holiday-friendly Instagram toe dip pose that gives the illusion of endless pins.
The Love Island host, 39, showed off the subtle stance in a recent post to her 2.2m followers from outside the villa.
As she demonstrates, to achieve the pose you point one foot forward while slightly raising your heel on the back foot.
It has the effect of making pins appearing far longer than they actually are on camera.
The trick has also been enlisted by Vicky Pattison.
In a snap shared with her 4.3m followers, the Geordie Shore star, 31, pointed her foot forwards as she leaned against a table in a pretty floral dress.
Millie Mackintosh also made use of her surroundings to stay balanced while attempting the toe dip for her 1.3m followers in Kent.
The stylish former Made In Chelsea regular, 30, added in a leg cross-over as she leaned out of a door.
Similarly, Billie Faiers, 29, has also shown off the pose with aplomb for her 2m followers.
The mum stunned in a yellow dress while on holiday in Valencia.
And Rochelle Humes, 30, smiled as she tried out the toe dip for her 1.4m followers at the Television Centre recently.
The ex-pop star looked chic in a top and skirt by Mango and Topshop heels.
