Bride slammed for wearing FLIP FLOPS and ‘trash bag’ leather corset to her big day

IT'S the most important fashion decision you'll ever make - so it's only natural that most brides like to personalise their wedding dress somewhat.

However, one bride's extremely unconventional bridal look has caused quite a stir online after she walked down the aisle in a leather corset and flip flops... yes, you read that correctly.

Sharing an image of the bride on a Facebook Wedding Shaming group, an unimpressed guest wrote: "This is from the actual wedding, not a bachelorette/hen.

"Right is the bride, left is the [maid of honour] and yes it was at a bar."

Although we can get behind ALL brides taking a break from their heels and whipping out some comfy shoes for their evening reception, it's the black leather corset over her white dress that's really left us scratching our heads.

Meanwhile, her maid-of-honour took a similarly unconventional approach in grey skinny jeans, knee-high black boots and a leather halter top... oh and did we mention the handcuffs she has attached to the strap?

Needless to say, both looks have baffled others members in the group - who likened the bride's corset to a "trash bag".

"Can't decide whether that corset was made out of electrical tape or a trash bag," one critic replied.

Another joked: "She was committed to making sure they matched her black vest."

Criticising the maid-of-honour's unusual get-up, a third wrote: "The handcuffs really took her outfit to the next level. She sure knows how to accessorise."

Let's just say, this is looks reason enough to phone the fashion police.... sorry, not sorry.
