NONE of us would say no to looking like a Disney Princess.
But that Disney Princess probably wouldn't be The Little Mermaid when she's just washed up on shore and wrapped herself in a sail.
- Textured maxi dress with grosgrain straps, £55 from ASOS -
Unfortunately, that's exactly what one ASOS dress is being compared to.
The quirky maxi is made of a textured cream material, with a floaty fit and ruched detailing.
It's tied with crossover black straps, which fasten at the back and dangle loosely behind you.
At £55, it's not the cheapest of pieces - and not everyone thinks it's worth the price tag.
Over on Twitter, one shopper tweeted: "£55 to look like the Little Mermaid when she washed up onshore."
To be honest, we can see the resemblance.
Ariel's makeshift dress had a similar asymmetric skirt and square neckline, and the ropes that held it together are quite reminiscent of ASOS's swinging straps.
Reckon you can pull the shipwrecked look off?
The frock is available in sizes 4-18.
With a new live-action version of The Little Mermaid in the works, you might just be ahead of the trend.
