Harry Potter fans go wild after bride-to-be shows off her bling Hogwarts themed engagement ring
EVERYONE will agree that getting engaged is one of the most magical moments of your life, but this man found a way to make it even more enchanting.
His bride-to-be took to the Harry Potter Reddit page where she shared a snap of her engagement ring which paid tribute to the boy wizard.
The rock is made up of three separate rings that have been combined to create one stunning piece.
The centre features one large diamond which is then surrounded by four stones represent the four colours of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
There is a ruby to represent Gryffindor, an emerald for Slytherin, a yellow garnet for Hufflepuff and a sapphire for Ravenclaw.
Captioning the post user Katiemack777 wrote: “My (now) fiancé knows that I love harry potter almost as much as I love him, so he designed a pretty special ring for me.”
And fellow group members were seriously impressed, leaving hundreds of comments praising the groom-to-be’s work.
Referencing the fictional game of Quidditch one commented: “He was a chaser, now a keeper.”
“Wow I don't even want to get married but I want this ring” added another.
A third added: “I would say marry him but you already are”
Another wrote: "My goodness this is stunning. That's very sweet of him to custom design such a special ring for you!"
The groom in question later joined the thread, explaining exactly why he chose the ring.
He wrote: “I'm the fiancé! I knew I needed to have an extraordinary ring for such an extraordinary girl. It turned out better than I ever could imagine.
“The ring is definitely enchanted.”
In other wedding news, people have mocked this bride-to-be's unusual shell engagement ring saying it "looks like a vulva."
And this quirky ruby engagement ring was compared to a ‘prolapsed bum’ on a wedding shaming group.
Meanwhile, a bride's "tiny" engagement ring is mocked as women cruelly joke it's "so small" she shouldn't bother wearing it.
