Mums are raving about B&M’s £2.99 door screen that keeps pesky flies out of the house
ONE of the more annoying elements of summer is having to deal with creepy-crawlies invading your home.
But we may have found a very simple solution - a £2.99 door screen from B&M.
People have been raving about the purse-friendly product on Facebook group , run by money-saving mum Holly Smith.
The conversation began when one member revealed she had "no more flies" in her house after buying the screen to keep bugs away from her toddler.
She wrote: "Got this for my three-year-old daughter as she's scared of flies when they buzz near her.
"I can honestly say it was the best £2.99 I've ever spent. No more flies."
The post has since racked up over 500 comments, with a number of people responding with their own testimonials.
One commented: "We have these & they're great. The ones on our windows have been up since last year & are still going strong. I really recommend them."
Others said: "We got one this year and its been amazing at keeping all sorts of bugs out!" and: "I've been buying these for years. I love them cos I hate flies and bluebottles."
Some even said they'd used the screen to keep bigger creatures out, with one message reading: "I've got these so the chickens stay out when we can have the door open."

The screen fits both single and double doors, and is attached by magnetic strips running across it.
It comes in black, grey and white, so should fit in with most types of decor.
