The lazy style describes sex with very little movement and can be achieved in a number of different ways.

"Each partner lies on their sides, facing each other, with her 'upper' leg draped over his hips and he can rest his free 'upper' arm and hand over her hip, pulling her in.
"It means there can be lots of slow smooching, and touching each other all over with your free hand.
"There are many positives! It helps you stay connected as a couple when a lack of sex, over a number of hot summer weeks, could mean that you drift apart.
"It can actually be full of lust and surprisingly sensual even when you feel sloth-like due to the heat.
"Simply caressing each other - while you move very slowly due to your lack of energy - can be super sexy.
"Especially when the slowness of it means your hands might wander to places they don't usually wander to when you're having vigorous sex."

"The slow pace also means that you might develop better non-verbal communication about what each other enjoys," she explained.
