- Remove & Chill Nail Polish Eraser Cream, Beauty Mart, £14.25 –
Describing the cream, the company says it: “Combines care, efficiency and an especially pleasant, fresh scent for the first time ever!
“The idea stems from a very clear need resulting from a somewhat trivial but still irritating problem: many people feel limited in their passion for nail polish because of the pesky smell of nail polish remover.
"Chipped and brittle nails are so yesterday!"
The key ingredient is propylene carbonate, which is still a solvent but is much less harsh than acetone.
Acetone works fairly aggressively and effectively to remove nail polish, but in doing so it can dry out your skin as it also removes natural oils.
The cream uses the softer solvent, and has added moisturising agents added in to make sure your skin doesn't dry out.
Women have been praising the £14.25 product online, claiming it works like “magic”.
Commenting on their page, one shopper said: “Best remover on earth.”
Another wrote: “Omg I love this.”
While a third said: “Oh yes! Remember how surprised I was when I saw your cream in action. Works like magic.”
