The Queen is astonished and very impressed by ‘Hurricane’ Meghan Markle’s work ethic, royal author claims
MEGHAN Markle has hit the ground running since joining the Royal Family with numerous engagements, taking over patronages and doing two royal tours.
And according to royal sources, the Queen is said to be in awe of “Hurricane” Meghan and her work ethic.
Writing in , royal author Katie Nicholl claims a source revealed: “The Queen has been astonished and very impressed by Meghan’s work drive.
“There’s a feeling that Meghan likes to be busy and must be kept busy. She’s very driven.”
The Duchess of Sussex is said to have "ripped up the rulebook" when it comes to the Royals - including bombarding her aides with texts to the point where they call her "Hurricane Meghan".
According to the , Meghan starts her day at 5am and discusses ideas with staff on how to shape her role.

Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, told Fabulous Digital: “With Meghan she would tread very carefully and do her best to make her feel at home.
“They have a love of dogs in common and Meghan knows how to make her laugh.”
This certainly seems the case from when the Queen and Meghan giggled their way through their first joint public engagement in Cheshire last year.
A royal insider said: “She has very high standards and is used to working in a Hollywood environment."
And she certainly has kept busy since tying the knot with Prince Harry last May.
In their engagement video the Sussex couple said they were keen to hit the ground running, and this was shown by their debut tour to Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific islands of Fiji and Tonga.
The duchess, 37, is also now the patron of the organisations Smart Works, Mayhew, The National Theatre and The Association of Commonwealth Universities (with the latter two being given to her from the Queen herself).

Meghan also worked right up until her eighth month of pregnancy, completing a tour to Morocco while heavily pregnant, following her lavish baby shower in New York.
The Duchess won’t go back to full-time duties until later on in the year, but she did make an appearance at Trooping the Colour in June.
She also surprised fans by turning up to watch the New York Yankees take on the Boston Red Sox as the capital hosted its first Major League game last Saturday.
Meghan gave birth to Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor on May 9 at the Portland Hospital in central London.
