Members of the Facebook group , run by money saving mum Holly Smith, have been raving about the beauty product, claiming they are now converts.

One mum wrote: “For those ladies that wear Estee Lauder double wear foundation for £32. This is the same coverage for only £5 from Primark !! I’m converted.”

Her post received almost 800 likes and hundreds of comments from those who were equally impressed with the bargain beauty buy.

One wrote: “I like it and mix it with another shade of theirs . Perfect for work , not wanting to use my expensive brands for casual wear.”

Another attested: “It's incredible. I had a double wear sample and this, I tried both and preferred Primark, but neither are good for dry skin.”

One admitted they thought it was better than the pricey version adding: “I love it. So much better lasts all day also.”

“I’m converted too I love it but it does go shiny after a while but it’s still fab” agreed another fan.

It comes shortly after mums applauded Primark for its Aladdin perfume, which they claim smells just like Thierry Mugler's Alien.

The £8 scent is part of the latest Disney range at the high street store, and many agree that it is the dupe of the iconic Alien scent, which comes in at £72.50, for 10ml less.
