Melania Trump wears £3.5k Gucci dress printed with Big Ben, Tower Bridge and London buses in bid to impress on first UK state visit
MELANIA has pulled out her Trump card for her first state visit to the UK - a designer dress covered in classic London landmarks.
The First Lady was wearing a £3,500 Gucci dress printed with Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the Houses of Parliament and even iconic red double decker buses, as she boarded her flight to London.
The 49-year-old former model, who married US President Donald Trump, 72, in 2005, was pictured in the British-inspired frock as she boarded Air Force One yesterday.
The white shirt dress, with red and orange emblems, was a midi length and was clinched at the waist with a green belt.
Melania paired the look with nude pump heels and a classic French manicure.
She and her husband were leaving Washington DC for an official trip to London. The couple landed at Stansted Airport earlier this morning.
The couple are in London until Wednesday and will meet the Queen, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall later today.
Trump is due to have breakfast with Prime Minister Theresa May tomorrow, before attending an event for the 75th anniversary of D-Day on Wednesday.
Donald's daughter Ivanka, 37, arrived in London hours before he and Melania landed, posing outside the V&A museum.
