A COUGAR due to marry her 26-year-old toyboy revealed he's turned into a groomzilla with visions of a big white wedding.
Vanessa, 47, is due to walk down the aisle to marry Nathan, from Kent, and she called the wedding his “baby”.
But as it’s her second wedding, Vanessa, originally from South Africa, isn’t fussed about the big day – unlike her husband-to-be.
Vanessa – who’s older than Nathan’s mum – says the day is “all about him” as she revealed he’s been making demands about her entire outfit.
Appearing on TLC's Curvy Brides Boutique, Vanessa said she and her toyboy have very different ideas about the wedding.
Chatting with the Essex boutique owners, Jo Cooke and Alison Law, five months before the big day, Vanessa said she didn’t want a traditional dress.
She said: “I don't want a veil, I don't want a train, I don't want fuss.
“That's the kind of thing I wouldn't like. But that's the kind of thing Nathan would like.”
The couple are planning on having their reception at a local curry house, but despite that Nathan wants a big white wedding.
Vanessa initially didn’t want to wear white, but considers it as she knows Nathan “hopes” she’ll wear the traditional bridal colour on the day.
She said: “He wants me to wear a wedding dress. He wants a veil. He wants a train.
“He wants a tiara. I'm surprised he doesn't want to put me on top of the cake.
“I know he loves lace. He has mentioned lace on so many occasions.”
Meeting online, Nathan was soon smitten with Vanessa and he sang her praises.
And despite their 21-year age gap, she revealed her friends call him the ‘sex hamster’.
Nathan said: “I fancied Vanessa as soon as I met her - of course. I'm constantly bragging about Vanessa to all of my friends.
“She knows a whole different amount of skills, photography, cooking, craft - these are all things that no one in my sort of age group knows anything about.”
And Vanessa said her husband-to-be is “one of the kindest people she’s ever met”.
But she struggles to find a dress which will make Nathan happy, confessing: “Normally the wedding is all about the bride - this is Nathan's day.
“I've been married before. It's his vision.”
“The wedding is Nathan's baby.”
Jo and Alison revealed in the end they didn’t know who was calling the shots, saying: “I don't know if I'm pleasing Vanessa or Nathan at the moment.”
In the end Vanessa picks a princess-style dress, saying: “'I don't think I would have ever thought about myself in this kind of dress.'”
She says she knows Nathan will “love” the dress, as she falls in love with it herself.
Vanessa gushed: "I love the way this dress makes me look. I feel pretty.”
Meanwhile this bride’s ‘bodysuit’ for her beachfront wedding was slammed as tacky.
For more wedding horror stories, this bride has been roasted for wearing an "ombre" black wedding dress that looks like she's "walked through mud".
And this pregnant bride was mocked for getting married in a sheer dress with "granny pants" underneath while the groom wore jeans.
