Ce-Jay Entwistle, 19, from Cornwall, was also advised to eat pineapples and spicy food

A FED-up pregnant woman took to Facebook to ask where the ‘bumpiest roads’ are to try and induce labour.

The mum-to-be, from Launceston, Cornwall, made the bizarre request online, explaining she didn’t “know the area well”.

Ce-jay, who’s expecting a daughter with partner Zach Hosking, 22, wrote: “Anyone know of any bumpy roads around Launceston please - trying to bring labour on.

"Delete if not allowed but anyone know of any bumpy roads in Launceston??

"Trying to bring on and heard bumpy roads is a good one...

“Just don't know the area too well. Can anyone help."

Her request racked up multiple comments, with people suggesting “speed bumps on Dunheved or Davidstow airfield”.

Someone else said: “You need a 4x4 and go off road, or a fast sports car that pulls you back in your seat.”

And this person added: “Head to Yelverton as all the roads around there are full of potholes and uneven ground, worth a try.”

Ce-jay, who’s expecting her first child, said she was “fed-up” of being pregnant now.

Explaining why she posted her request on Facebook, she said: “I just got told that bumpy roads are meant to help you when you're pregnant.

"I have three days until I'm due and I just posted it a few days ago, on Sunday.

"I put it on quite a few Facebook pages in the Launceston and Tavistock area and I got quite a lot of responses.

"Some people joked about it, talking about other stuff that might bring on labour such as sex, or bouncing on balls.

"But some people gave me roads to try. I've been trying everything I can think of.

"I'm fed up and want her out now."

Ce-Jay later confirmed she’d taken her Peugeot 206 out for a spin to test a few roads, adding that while she’s impatient to become a mum she’s also “excited.”

She's expecting a baby girl with Zach, who works in a pub, and the couple plan to call her Faith Rose Hosking.

The expectant mum said she wanted to have her daughter at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, in Truro, rather than Plymouth's Derriford Hospital, as she “wants to have a Cornish baby.”

Fellow Facebook users also pointed out spicy food, bouncing on balls, pineapples, laughing, sex and clary sage could all induce labour.
