PRINCE Harry was full of praise for new mums after Meghan Markle gave birth to Baby Sussex in the early hours of Monday morning.
Speaking to the press in the grounds of Windsor Castle, the proud father described the birth of his son as “the most amazing experience I could ever possibly imagine.”
He said: “How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension, but we are both absolutely thrilled and so grateful to all the love and support from everybody out there.”
Unable to hide his excitement, Harry added: “I am so incredibly proud of my wife and as every father and parent would ever say, your baby is absolutely amazing, but this little thing is absolutely to die for so I’m just over the moon.”
While the new parents still haven’t settled on a name for their little one, Prince Harry confirmed that Baby Sussex will be introduced to the world on Wednesday.
He added: “We will be seeing you guys in two days time, as planned as a family, to share with you guys so everybody can see the baby.”
Although Meghan Markle had planned on having a home birth at Frogmore Cottage, her dreams were shattered as she was forced to make a secret hospital dash with Prince Harry to give birth.
Late on Sunday the Duchess – who was a week overdue – was driven to the exclusive Portland private hospital in London by Harry and their Scotland Yard security team.
Meghan remained in the £15,000-a-night hospital overnight before going into labour in the early hours of Monday morning.
