KATE Middleton wants to have a fourth child after Meghan Markle’s pregnancy made her feel broody, reports claim.
As the frenzy over Meghan and Prince Harry’s baby reaches fever pitch, it appears as though the impending arrival may have inspired Kate to expand her own family.
A source told the : “Catherine would like another baby.
“She loves children and is prepared to put herself through another pregnancy even though they have been complicated by severe morning sickness in the past.”
Kate and Prince William already have three children together - five-year-old Prince George, four-year-old Princess Charlotte and one-year-old Prince Louis.
It has previously been thought that Kate, 37, wanted to have three children – the same as her mum Carole.
But if she increases her brood to four, Kate would be following the Queen’s example as she gave birth to her fourth child, Prince Edward, when she was 37.
In January this year, a source close to the Duchess claimed Kate wants to try for another girl after seeing the bond between Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
It’s been claimed she hopes to have another girl to give Prince Louis that same relationship.
Speaking to , the source claimed Prince William was willing to go along with whatever his wife wanted.
They said: “Kate has seen the bond between George and Charlotte and thinks it would be lovely if Louis had a sister closer to his age.
“Kate is doing things her way but William has always supported her and will do anything to make her happy; that is a promise he made before they married."
Kate admitted to "feeling a little broody" after meeting a royal fan's five-month-old baby James during her and William's tour of Northern Ireland in February this year.
In between cooing over the little one, the Duchess joked that "William would be little worried" by the arrival of a fourth child.
Video footage of the sweet moment shows Kate beaming at James' dad Alan, saying: "He’s gorgeous. It makes me feel a broody."
She also commented on a little girl's coat, saying: "I love your cool coat. Charlotte loves pink."
Kate’s desire for another baby comes despite her suffering badly from morning sickness, known as hyperemesis gravidarum.
It saw her hospitalised while pregnant with Prince George, and also forced her to announce her pregnancies early.
But she appears to have fared better with the condition with each pregnancy.
The report about Kate's desire for a fourth baby comes amid speculation that Meghan has already given birth.
This is purely fan speculation, as no confirmation has been given by Harry and Meghan's reps that they're already parents.
