Piers Morgan claims the Duchess of Sussex is 'using people to get to the top'
OUTSPOKEN Piers Morgan lashed out at Meghan Markle in a tirade where he accused her of 'acting her way to the top'.
He didn't hold back in an interview on Australia's Today Show, where he laid into the Duchess of Sussex, branding her a "social climber".

Speaking with journalist Deborah Knight, the 53-year-old tore into the pregnant Duchess, wishing Prince Harry "the best of luck" after marrying the former actress.
Appearing on the show earlier this morning, Deborah asked Piers if "Meghan is really fake and a piece of work as I know you've said before?"
Piers, known for his presenting slot on Good Morning Britain, didn't hold back as he launched into the 37-year-old.
He said: "You know what I'm sorry to have to say I'm afraid I think she is.

"Although some people really like her and are falling for this act I'm afraid I see a bit of hard-nosed actress.
"She's been using people on her way up to what is now, of course, the top, which is marrying into the royal family."
He claimed the pair were friends back in 2016, recalling a time when they shared a couple of drinks.
Piers Morgan said: "I had a couple of pints of real ale and she had dirty martinis.
"She said afterwards in the cab 'I had a great time. Love to see you again.' It was purely platonic I hasten to add.

"She went in that cab that night to a party Prince Harry was at and the next night she went on the date with him. I never heard from her again. Ever.
"I don't like people that behave like that. It's kind of rude. It showed me that she, I'm afraid, is probably a bit of social climber."
Piers added that he "got to know her quite well" over the two-year period, adding they "would message each other a lot, e-mail a lot."
Unimpressed with the Duchess' treatment of him, he added: "Good luck to Harry. I hope he knows what he's doing.
"If it all goes wrong don't come try crying to me. Don't say I didn't warn you."
It's not the first time Piers has launched into the Duchess, previously branding her "fake" back in December.

After reports emerged of Meghan being rude to palace staff, he said: "I've had my own experience with her, which was not great to be honest. I knew her for about a year and a half.
"I got on really well with her and then 'bang' she met someone more important and immediately ghosted.
"I never heard from her ever again and the old slippery slope ladder had gone up and she social climbed her way out of my orbit.
"So my experience wasn't great, I've got to be honest with you.
"And everything I've seen since does slightly smack of an actress, a Hollywood actress, seizing her chance and acting her way to the top."

The couple are expecting their first child soon, but Meghan will have to make sure the Queen approve of the name first.
