SHE'S the online cleaning sensation who's gained two MILLION Instagram followers thanks to her affordable cleaning hacks.
But while Mrs Hinch's all-time favourite cleaning paste The Pink Stuff ordinarily costs just 89p, savvy eBay sellers are currently flogging single tubs of the stuff for an absolute fortune.
Yes the budget-friendly cleaning paste has become something of a cult product since Mrs Hinch shot to fame last year.
A fundamental part of her "Narnia" stash of products, this cult cleaning product - which can be picked up in Home Bargains for as little as 89p or £4.90 on Amazon- has been known to clean everything from filthy deep-fryers to greasy oven doors.
The self-described "miracle cleaning paste" can be used on metal, glass and tiles - although the cleaning influencer herself prefers to use a generous amount to keep her hob sparkling.
However, savvy eBay sellers have now clocked on to the "Hinch effect" and have started flogging tubs of multipurpose Pink Stuff for up to £100.
Cashing in on the product's popularity, eBay users are selling tubs of The Pink Stuff for over 100 times its usual price. Ouch.
What's more, Amazon is also getting in on the action by flogging 20 tubs of cleaning product for £41.99.
Which, in comparison to that bonkers eBay listing, seems like a pretty good deal.
Meanwhile, other cleaning fanatics have moaned about not being able to get their Pink Stuff fix as a result of the so-called "Hinch effect" and have had to track down alternatives.
After all, this isn't the first time a cleaning product has flown off the shelves as a result of a Mrs Hinch recommendation.
Marks & Spencer revealed the cleaning influencer had caused sales of their £1 sponges to increase by 100 per cent after Sophie Hinchcliff added them to her "Narnia".
What's more, cleaning fans also began stockpiling £1 bottles of Zoflora disinfectant after Mrs Hinch shot to fame in November last year.
For even more Mrs Hinch tips and tricks, the online cleaning sensation swears by this £2.99 Lakeland product to clean tea-stained mugs.
Struggling to track down Mrs Hinch's favourite Zoflora? Home Bargains is selling a dupe for just 99p.
Plus here are ALL the products Mrs Hinch has in her "Narnia" cupboards - including the famous Minky and Stewart.
