Mum gets filthy frying pan looking shiny and new using £1 paste from Home Bargains
HANDS up if you've ever left a dirty frying pan to "soak overnight" as an excuse to put off the washing up? Just us?
Well if you're also guilty of letting dirty pots and pans stack up in your sink to the point of no return then you might want to stock up on a Poundland product which will have your kitchen utensils sparkling in no time.
Posting impressive before and after images on the , one cleaning-mad mum revealed how a £1 cleaning paste from Astonish totally transformed her stained frying pan.
Since online cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch shot to fame last year, the woman wrote: "Like many, I have struggled to get hold The Pink Stuff."
This 65p paste from Poundstretcher has been known to clean everything from dirty hobs to deep fat fryers and has achieved cult cleaning status since it was recommended by the cleaning influencer.
However, the mum revealed how she'd picked up "the Astonish Oven and Cookware cleaner" on a recent trip to Home Bargains and has never looked back.
She wrote: "I use low calorie spray oil for one of my pans and always struggle to clean it after. We are a large family so I cook a lot."
But while the mum was upstairs "hinching my bathroom", her 14-year-old daughter used the £1 Astonish product and a scourer to scrub away at the well-loved frying pain.
The mum added: "I couldn't believe the results! I'm off to stock up!"
Formulated with vegetable soap and natural mineral abrasive, this Astonish paste - which also comes with a sponge - can be used on everything from dirty pots and pans to bathroom tiles.
