Inside Baby Sussex’s nursery at Frogmore Cottage, featuring gender-neutral grey paint, a ‘mood screen’ and top-of-the-range crib
Meghan and Harry are reportedly using the services of Soho Farmhouse's designer
MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry have opted for a gender-neutral grey paint for their baby nursery at their new home of Frogmore Cottage, it's been revealed.
Meghan has reportedly spent £150,000 on the newborn's space, enlisting a German interiors company to decorate the nursery.
And it seems Meghan's tennis champ pal Serena Williams has been offering her style advice, with a friend revealing the ace "played a massive role in helping design it".
While the Duke and Duchess' home in the grounds of Windsor Castle has had a £3m renovation, a friend believes the newborn's space alone has cost £150,000, which Meghan has paid.
German paper revealed the parents have selected "natural and grey tones".
Delighted with their royal coup Auro shared the news on its Facebook page writing: “We are very happy that the prince couple has decided for a product from our assortment!”
“They’ll be able to control everything from their smart phones.”
The Duchess of Sussex was also gifted a dove-grey crib as during her baby shower in New York earlier this year.
Meghan’s friends splashed out on a $379 (£290) Hudson crib, from Babyletto, which is a 3-in-1 convertible crib with toddler bed conversion kit.
Meghan gave birth to a baby boy weighing 7lb 3oz, yesterday morning at 5.26am.
Yesterday, Prince Harry gave an impromptu press conference from Windsor.
The beaming dad couldn't stop gushing as he announced Meghan had given birth to a "very healthy baby boy".
"It's been the most amazing experience I could ever have possibly imagined," he said.
"How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension. But we're both absolutely thrilled.
"We're both absolutely thrilled and so grateful for all the love and support from everybody out there, it's been amazing, so we just wanted to share this with everybody.
"I'm so incredibly proud of my wife.
"And as every father and parent would say, your baby is absolutely amazing.
"But this little thing is absolutely to die for so I'm absolutely over the moon."
