ALONG with hoovering the carpet and doing a load of washing, cleaning the kitchen floor is one of those tedious household chores we try to put off as long as physically possible.
Well if you're anything like us and are desperately in need of some serious cleaning inspiration, then one woman's genius hack may be about to totally overhaul your routine.
Posting on the , one mum revealed how she had used a £1 cleaning spray to get her grubby kitchen floor gleaming in no time at all.
Like a woman after our own hearts, the mum firstly admitted she'd been putting off the tedious chore and "procrastinating for months".
That is, until she discovered the Astonish Mould and Mildew Blaster from Poundland.
Revealing her two-step cleaning process, the mum described how she started by spraying the affordable product on the grout and left for five minutes.
She "then got down on my hands and knees with a little cuticle brush and scrubbed" the area.
Following this, the mum "mopped it all up with bleach and cold water" and then went over with boiling water to get rid of the smell of bleach.
Thrilled with the instant results, the mum added: "It's like a whole new kitchen floor!"
Highlighting the difference between the sparkling tiles in her kitchen and the grubby ground floor of her home, the woman said: "I ran out out of the Astonish so couldn't do my hallway."
Wanting to continue cleaning the rest of the tiles in her home, the woman joked: "I'm worried now I won't be able to get it anywhere."
After all, it's not just tiles this product works a treat on.
Earlier this month, a mum showed off the amazing before-and-after results after she used this £1 spray to get rid of nasty mildew stains on her window sill in only four minutes.
Unsurprisingly, other members of the cleaning group were similarly blown away with the results.
