Woman uses £7 Glycolic Acid and £12 moisturiser to clear up ‘agonising’ eczema in just three DAYS

WHEN it comes to skincare, what works for one person may not always be the best option for another.
However, if you suffer from eczema, listen up, because one woman may have discovered the ultimate skincare routine to help treat the condition - and it'll set you back less than £20.
But after using a combination of £6.90 Glycolic Acid toner by The Ordinary and a £12 tub of moisturiser by CeraVe, the dry skin and itchiness has cleared up within three days.
"So my best friend has suffered with extremely irritating and painful eczema all over her face and body for 27 years," she explained on the forum.
"She has tried countless creams and had numerous doctor visits about it."
The non-greasy, CeraVe moisturising cream was developed by dermatologists for very dry skin and hydrates while providing a protective barrier.
The Ordinary's Glycolic Acid meanwhile, works by exfoliating the skin's surface layer with added Tasmanian Pepperberry and Aloe Vera to help soothe irritation and redness.
It's essential to carry out a patch test, however, as the acid can sometimes irritate eczema further.
As the Reddit user noted, the same combination didn't help her own eczema.
