Think you can't have your favourite bag of crisps if you're watching your weight?

"If you’re often on the go, I tend to encourage foods with fibre and protein to ensure you keep a steady blood sugar balance," Rhiannon explained.
"There are a variety of options, which can be eaten at home or taken with you in your bag.

"For example, roasting some chickpeas in a little olive oil, paprika, cumin and sea salt makes for a delicious high protein and high fibre snack.
"Additionally, making a batch of savoury muffins (I like to use red pepper!) containing wholemeal flour, milk, and eggs to take out on the go is another great option.
Failing that, she said that you "can't go wrong with some wholemeal bread and hummus!".
