A MODEL has revealed how she's spent $500k (£385k) on transforming herself into Kim Kardashian.
Jennifer Pamplona, 26, shot to fame after undergoing nine surgeries in 24 hours for a TV show - and has now changed almost every inch of her body.

Jennifer says she began having cosmetic surgery as a "hobby", but her motivation changed when people started comparing her to Kim, 38.
She told : "I thought it could be great for my career, so why not? I started to invest more and more to look like her.
"Not necessarily like her, but to get the Kardashians' signature look.
"I have done more than 20 procedures, including two nose jobs, boobs twice, Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, I've had leg fillers eight times, butt, cheeks and lips fillers, neck liposuction, chin surgery, face spider web (non-surgical skinlifting), butt spider web Botox, veneers…"

As a child growing up in Sao Paolo, Brazil, Jennifer was teased for her petite frame and longed for curves.
She had her first boob job aged 17 and carried on going under the knife when she began dating Celso Santebanes, known as the Brazilian Human Ken Doll.
When he died from leukaemia, she was offered surgery as part of a TV show where she would undergo a full body transformation.

She continued to change her body and maintains that surgeries have helped her to beat depression and overcome difficulties.
Back in December, she said: "Every time I had a new surgery I would feel happy, beautiful and recognised - that feeling of being famous."
Jennifer - who started her career modelling for Versace nine years ago - has now racked up over 300,000 Instagram followers.
She's also started her own cosmetics company, Jennifer Pamplona Cosmetics.

Her products include false eyelashes and mascaras, and she's launching a mask called Forever Young, which she claims "lifts your skin".
She's also developing a drinkable "mixer powder", made with hyaluronic acid.
Jennifer has moved away from Brazil and splits her time between Dubai and the United States.
This year, she says she's launching a documentary about her life - and says she makes money "because she's smart".

But not everything has been plain sailing in her quest to imitate Kim.
Last year, we revealed how she has to have her fake boobs removed after one exploded.
She'd previously ignored eight doctors to get four pints of fat injected into her rear.
