PRINCE Harry stopped to hug a four-year-girl with a 'gingers unite' sign in Merseyside today, as he and Meghan Markle spent 45 minutes meeting fans.
The red haired Royal, 34, and his pregnant wife, 37, were greeted by a huge crowd in Hamilton Square, Birkenhead, on their first official engagement of 2019.
Among them was little Eliza Morris, who carried an orange sign reading: "Gingers Unite - I love you Harry".
The sign certainly caught the prince's attention, with him stopping to say: “I love this! Do you love your hair? The sign is amazing!”
The touching moment was captured on camera as dozens of adults and children gathered to catch a glimpse of the glamorous couple - who married in May and are expecting their first baby.
Meghan also let slip her due date today - telling a school girl she expects to give birth at the end of April or beginning of May.
