These gorgeous styles dominated the red carpet this evening
IT'S one of the biggest nights in the Hollywood calendar, and tonight, stars dazzled on the Golden Globes red carpet.
And while celebs dressed to impress in an array of gorgeous styles - including tulle, trains and plenty of sequins - one style that stood out was sheer, see-through fabrics and exposed underwear.
Kiki Layne looked effortlessly glam, arriving at the 76th annual awards in a breathtaking, timeless gown by Dior.
The custom-made dress featured layers of rose tulle and an exposed, caged bodice with off-the-shoulder, sheer straps.
Kiki teamed the whimsical style with Stuart Weitzman heels and a stunning diamond choker necklace.
Also choosing to wear a corset-style gown was Constance Wu who wore a dreamy nude tulle design with a velvet orange bow.
Model, Heidi Klum also opted for a sheer bodice style, wearing a black tulle gown by Monique Lhuillier.
The dress was embellished with 3D flowers and featured a plunge neckline and belted bow.
In fact, sheer tulle styles were all over the red carpet this evening, with both Laura Dern and Lili Reinhart opting for similar styles.
Lili walked the red carpet in a slightly see-through ruffle crimson gown by Khylei Couture.
While Laura chose a Valentino design, showing off a red bra underneath.
And the American actress wasn't the only one to wear a sheer style.
Alison Brie looked stunning in a timeless powder blue Vera Wang gown, showing off a jewel-embellished strapless bra underneath.
Meanwhile, Kristin Cavallari, Emily Blunt and Saoirse Ronan sparkled on the red carpet in seriously glam, sheer styles.
Kristin opted for a glitzy, floor-length backless gown by Amen, complete with see-through cut-out detail, while Saoirse chose a similar, slinky style by Gucci.
Emily, meanwhile, chose a high-neck Alexander McQueen gown.
The silver style featured cut-out detail, revealing a nude bodice underneath.
Also appearing at tonight's awards was Taylor Swift.
And while the Shake It Off singer didn't walk the red carpet, she did appear on stage to present Lady Gaga with the award for Best Original Song.
The 29-year-old wore a breathtaking Versace gown with bodice detail, nude underlay and thigh-high slit.
