Kate Middleton’s male classmates ‘fancied her rotten’ at school, close friend reveals
Kate is said to have impressed the boys with her talent at hockey and cross-country running
KATE Middleton regularly looks like the picture of perfect – so it’s no surprise that a number of her male schoolmates fancied her.
When she was at Marlborough College, Kate is said to have got the attention of “every boy” in school.
School pal Gemma Williamson told the that “every boy in school fancied her rotten.”
Kate may have been popular with the boys, but Gemma revealed that Kate didn’t have much confidence when she first arrived at the £12,605-a-term boarding school.
Gemma continued: “Apparently she had been bullied very badly and she certainly looked thin and pale. She had very little confidence.”
However, Kate soon came into her stride and impressed the boys thanks to her talent at hockey and cross-country running.
Kate’s house tutor Joan Gall said: “When she arrived she was very quiet. Coming into a big school like Marlborough was difficult, but she settled in quickly.”
When she went to St Andrews university, it wasn’t long before Kate also caught the eye of Prince William when she walked in the student fashion catwalk.
Prince William was among the spectators, and certainly noticed when Kate stepped out in a mesh, see-through dress, which showed off her black underwear and left little to the imagination.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl has claimed in documentary, When Kate Met Met William: A Tale Of Two Lives: “She [Kate] did the walk, she caught William’s eye and it was like something had just gone off in his brain.
“He suddenly noticed that this rather cute and charming girl who he’d gotten to know over lectures and breakfast was actually a real hotty.”
Kate Middleton switched schools at age 14 after she was bullied for being ‘too perfect’.
Kate wanted to ‘save herself for someone special’ – and had her first kiss with best mate’s brother.
