The PharMeDoc pillow has been hailed by some as being “life-changing”, and many say it is the reason they can now fall asleep.

The C-shape body pillow works by helping to support your back, hips, knees, neck and head.

It is made from soft, polyfill material, which adapts to your belly position, whether you are sleeping, reading or watching TV.
