IT'S one of the biggest events on the fashion calendar and last night, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance at The Fashion Awards.
The 37-year-old looked stunning in a one-shoulder, floor-length black gown as she took to the stage to present the award for British Designer of the Year.
Meghan showed off her blossoming baby bump in the figure-hugging bespoke dress - designed by Givenchy Haute Couture - and wore her hair slicked back in a signature bun.
The Duchess appeared on stage to present the award for British Designer of the Year to Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy - who designed the royal's spectacular wedding dress earlier this year.
Meghan teamed the look with gold strappy heels and gold bangles by Pippa Small, one of which is worth £360.
The royal also wore a pair of by the same designer, worth £50.
The Givenchy designer thanked the Duchess of Sussex personally in her speech and said: "This woman is so amazing."
Speaking of their close working relationship, Clare added: "I got to know Meghan on a personal level.
"To have someone like that trust you on such a personal moment in their life... I can't thank you enough because it was the most beautiful moment."
The Beckhams also arrived at the awards in style, with Victoria wearing a floor-length halter neck dress worth almost £1,800.
The gown is from Victoria's own collection and the mum-of-four walked the red carpet with husband David and eldest son, Brooklyn, 19.
Kendall Jenner wowed tonight in a sheer, floor-length gold gown with a daring side-split.
The 23-year-old's backless dress featured statement shoulders and dazzled in sequins.

Lady Amelia Windsor also led the way in a breathtaking bright pink and black Carolina Herrera gown.
The 23-year-old royal wore her blonde locks down and teamed the floor-length tulle dress with a dazzling gold necklace.
Rosie Huntington Whiteley looked effortlessly chic in a jaw-dropping black and purple feathered gown.
The 31-year-old teamed the low-cut mermaid-style with a floor-length black coat and wore her blonde locks slicked back.
Kaia Gerber - who was nominated for Model of the Year alongside Winnie Harlow and Bella Hadid - looked incredible in a floor-length black and silver cut-out gown.
The 17-year-old model arrived on the red carpet with her parents: Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber and brother, Presley Gerber.
English model Yasmin Le Bon opted for similar colours and arrived this evening wearing a one-shoulder silver dress with fringe detail, a bright green clutch and black, mid-calf suede boots.
Also looking incredible on the red carpet was Dina Asher-Smith.
The triple European champion sprinter wore an off-the-shoulder powder blue dress with oversized bubble sleeves and gold stilettos.
Ellie Goulding, 31, also opted for an oversized style and wore a cape-sleeved off-the-shoulder gown with applique detail.
The unique cream dress featured a clinched-in waist, front split and handy pockets.
Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall, 25 and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 27, also brought the glam in monochrome ensembles.
Jade wore a black sleeveless dress with matching floor-length jacket while Leigh-Anne opted for a sequin zip-up mini dress with barely-there black heels.
Famous fashion faces Naomie Harris and Alexa Chung also graced the red carpet.
Alexa, 35, opted for a velvet mustard gown with a white, button-up collar and frilled hem.
42-year-old Naomie meanwhile, wore a retro-style roll-neck beaded mini dress teamed with a box clutch.
The awards - which will see Kim Jones bestowed with the Trailblazer Award - are held at London's Royal Albert Hall.
Earlier today it was announced Jones would receive the prestigious award, which recognises creatives who are shaping the fashion industry.
Other awards include Model of the Year, Brand of the Year and British Emerging Talent in Womenswear.
