Beatrice and Eugenie leave touching ‘I love you mummy’ note in Sarah Ferguson’s car as she parties in London

It seems Fergie likes to take a sweet reminder of her daughters wherever she goes

PRINCESS Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are known to be very close to their mother Sarah Ferguson.

And last night, the Duchess of York revealed just how much her daughters love her when a touching note from the sisters was spotted in the back of her car.

As Fergie, 59, climbed into the back of her personal vehicle after a party at London's Claridge's, a pink Post-it note could be seen taped to the back of the passenger seat.

The note read: "I love you mummy xx".

Judging by the label's crumples and tatty edges, it had been there for quite a while.

So we imagine it's a sweet keepsake that Fergie likes to take with her when she's away from Beatrice, 30, and 28-year-old Eugenie.

The bash's guest list included Alexa Chung, Lady Sabrina Percy and Viscountess Weymouth.

Prince Andrew's ex-wife looked chic in a purple blouse and black mini skirt, which she'd paired with a waist-cinching belt, tights and silver jewellery.

According to the hotel's website, the tree was "inspired by Diane's passion and strong belief in the power of love".

It's six metres tall and has been decorated with glass spheres, 8,000 hand painted silver-leafed leaves and 150 hand-blown glass hearts.
