IT'S the show that never fails to shock us and this week's episode of Don't Tell the Bride has got to be one of the most amusing to date.

Last night's episode followed childhood sweethearts Charlie, 21, and Kain, 23, as the groom planned a hilarious gangster-themed wedding for his princess-obsessed bride... and it had viewers in stitches.

Famous for his "champagne lifestyle" and love of luxury cars, flashy groom Kain is known for "wasting money like no there's no tomorrow".

But despite Kain's expensive tastes, the couple (who share two-year-old son Carter) still live at home with their parents as they save up for a property.

And in true Don't Tell The Bride fashion, while bride Charlie dreamt of being a "princess for a day" groom Kain had other plans.

Specifically a 1960s soiree that involved KIDNAPPING his wife-to-be and then getting his Best Man to perform a cringeworthy musical rendition of Alicia Keys' 'If I Ain't Got You' as she walked down the aisle.

Before parting for three weeks, high-maintenance bride Charlie said: "I've got high expectations of what I want for a wedding and personally, I don't think Kain is going to meet them."

And despite Charlie's dreams for a wedding in an "enchanted forest", Kain instead booked a £6,000 underground nightclub venue.

What's more, the bride - who wanted a floor-length lace gown - was instead giving a short, strapless dress to make her look like Marilyn Monroe for her big day.

And to top it all off, the groom treated himself and his best men to a lavish stag do driving luxury cars (which cost a cool £1,300) while forcing Charlie and her bridesmaids to a night in with a stripper.

Unsurprisingly, the female stripper went down like a lead balloon with the bride and her family who went into total meltdown and threatened to "cancel" the wedding.

Already cringing at Kain's "naff" plans, fans on social media were quick to highlight how inappropriate the groom was to invite a stripper to Charlie's hen party.

However, things took a turn for the hilarious when the big day finally arrived.

Instead of sweeping her off her feet in the fairytale manner Charlie envisioned, Kain instead got his mates to KIDNAP his bride.

Fancying himself a gangster for the day, Kain's best men rocked up to Charlie's home and instructed that she get in the back of the car.

Warning that she doesn't "realise just how dangerous this is about to get", the two suited and booted men kept the nervous bride quiet for the duration of the journey.

But at least they didn't follow up on their promise to put her in the boot...

When she finally arrived at the pricey London nightclub venue, Charlie said: "I'm not too impressed with being kidnapped on my wedding day"

Taking to Twitter to voice their amusement, one unimpressed fan wrote: "So she dreams of a fairytale wedding and the man is going to have her kidnapped by gangsters?? Loool."

Another added: "This guy is actually a complete uncontrollable moron."

Don't Tell The Bride Best Man sings Alicia Keys' 'I Ain't Got You' painfully out of tune as bride walks down the aisle at gangsta wedding

But just when we thought it couldn't get any more cringeworthy, the groom's best man goes and gives the most bizarre performance of all.

Following a fake gangster shoot out, Kain's best friend took an overwhelmed Charlie by the arm and began singing Alicia Key's 'If I Ain't Got You' as she walks down the aisle.

And despite his best efforts to perform the romantic ballad to the best of his ability, fans quickly flooded social media with lacklustre reviews of the out-of-tune performance.

One fan wrote: "This is the cringest episode of Don't Tell the Bride I've ever seen. That singing was horrendous."

Another added: "LOLLING SO MUCH AT DON'T TELL THE BRIDE. WHAT THE HELL LOL."

Meanwhile, one jokester wrote: "When's the album being released?"

One seriously unimpressed user added: "Wow that singing was absolutely terrible! If he sang at my wedding, he'd be out the door."

The new series of Don’t Tell the Bride is on Wednesdays at 9pm on E4.
