German royal Duchess Sophie just got married in a gown that looks EXACTLY like Meghan Markle’s
The Duchess of Sussex's bridal look has spawned a high-profile copycat
JUST like Kate Middleton before her, Meghan Markle has inspired thousands of brides with her stunning wedding dress.
But we didn't expect another royal to get married in a dupe of the 37-year-old's bespoke Givenchy gown.
Duchess Sophie of Württemberg wed French aristocrat Count Maximilien of Andigné at the Castle of Tegernsee in Bavaria, Germany this week.
The 24-year-old - who's descended from the former royal family of the Kingdom of Württemberg - looked utterly stunning as she walked down the aisle.
However, we couldn't help noticing that her gown bore quite a resemblance to the one Meghan chose for her and Prince Harry's nuptials back in May.
Both pieces featured off-the-shoulder necklines, three-quarter length sleeves and flowing trains.
Even their accessories were similar, with lace-trimmed veils and elegant tiaras being the order of the day(s).
And Sophie was clearly a fan of Meghan's loosely cinched-in waist, choosing a piece with a near-identical silhouette.
The main difference between the brides' looks was Sophie's veil, which had added intricate detailing to give a more vintage European look.
Most importantly, the ladies looked equally as in love.
Sophie and Count Maximilien kissed for waiting crowds - just like Meghan and Harry did outside St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
To be honest, with Harry and Meghan recently announcing their happy baby news, they're not exactly a bad couple to be compared to.
