MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry have confirmed they will welcome their first child in Spring 2019.
Taking to Twitter to announce the happy news, Kensington Palace made the surprise announcement just hours after the Royal couple landed in Australia for their first official tour down under...
Confirming the happy news on social media, Harry and Meghan are said to be "very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in Spring of 2019."
And it now appears that the couple's first child could have also been conceived during another Royal engagement earlier this year.
With Meghan already three months into her pregnancy, it looks like the Royal couple conceived their first child around the time of their Dublin tour back in July.
Arriving in the Irish capital for their first trip together as a married couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle kicked off their whistle-stop Dublin on 10 July - just over three months ago.
During their short stay in the capital, the parents-to-be looked every inch the loved-up couple as they visited the cultural sights of Dublin.
Often spotted holding hands throughout the trip, the Royal newlyweds used their time in Dublin to visit local children's causes and spent time with the city's youth.
Along with official visits to Trinity College and the city's Potato Famine Memorial, Harry and Meghan also visited the technology start-up DogPatch Labs where they met "children and young people taking part in free coding workshops."
And proving what great parents they'll be, the couple also squeezed in time to watch local youngsters playing traditional Gaelic sports in Croke Park.
The Duchess of Sussex enjoyed a glass of champagne during the British Ambassador's annual summer party at Glencairn House, suggesting she was not pregnant or didn't know she was at that point.
Enjoying some down time from their intense itinerary, the Royal couple spent a night at official Irish guest residence Farmleigh House in Phoenix Park before moving to the Royal suite of Luttrellstown Castle near the city centre.
