When is Black Friday 2021?
Black Friday falls on November 26, the day after Thanksgiving – the American holiday celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November.
Retailers start early with their offers each year, so look out for updates from early to mid-November. You should also make sure to shop around for the best deal if you're purchasing an item sold across different retailers.
If the last few years are anything to go by, you'll probably be best off shopping on Boohoo in the early hours of Friday morning – that means you can snap up bargains before they sell out. In 2019, they advised: "Last year the quietest time to shop on BooHoo was between 2am-4am."

When is Cyber Monday and will Boohoo be taking part?
This year's Cyber Monday falls on November 29 and is a great chance to pick up more deals following Black Friday.

Returns to the UK are free when using the returns portal; you have 28 days from the day you get your order to return it. To return, follow these 4 easy steps:
- Repack your belongings. It's not an issue if you don't have the original packaging. Simply place your stuff in something non see-through, sealable, and waterproof.
- Go to the returns portal and log in. You'll need your order number, email address, and phone number's last four digits.
- Choose your desired method of return (Print returns label at home or in store options). Done! You're ready to mail your refund once you've processed it through the portal.
