Bridezilla who wanted to be ‘a Kardashian for the day’ cancels her wedding in savage email to guests after they refused to pay £1,200 to attend

NO question about it, planning your dream wedding day is always going to be a pricey affair.

And while we're all familiar with the tales of out-of-control diva brides demanding guests fork out for their far-flung location weddings, one Bridezilla has taken things up a notch by demanding her guests pay thousands of pounds to attend her dream day.

Asking whether any other Bridezilla "could ever top this", a disgruntled outed the obnoxious bride on the parenting forum by posting screengrabs of her wedding-related rant.

The anonymous bride took to social media to announce "the cancellation" of her wedding "just 4 days beforehand."

While the bride revealed that she had split with her husband-to-be because of suspected infidelity, she then went on to blame her "friends and family" for not forking out the funds "to make [her blowout wedding] happen."

Describing how her and her former partner had saved nearly £12,000 towards their big day, "our dream wedding amounted to 60k - all included with flights to Aruba."

Claiming to only have "SPECIFICALLY asked for cash gifts" to go towards the lavish overseas affair, the bride asked each of her guests to pay an extra £1,200 to attend her "once in a lifetime party".

In true Bridezilla style, she added: "We made it CLEAR. If you couldn't contribute, you're weren't invited to our exclusive wedding."

Meanwhile, the bride's maid of honour "pledged [£3,900] along with her planning services" while the groom's family also donated £2,300 to the charity wedding.

However, things started to go awry when the maid of honour couldn't fulfil her generous promise and the couple "desperately had to resend our invites and asked people to donate what they could."

Criticising her close friend for not having enough sympathy, the bride lamented: "How could someone who offered me THOUSANDS OF F****ING DOLLARS then deny me MY promised money and tell me to shift down my budget?"

She added: "Seriously people, what is [£780]? I've heard of people asking for worse."

Clearly, the pressure of the expensive affair became too much for the couple when the bride called time on her engagement following her fiance's suggestion of a "cheap, raggedy, filthy" Las Vegas elopement.

Reflecting on the entire incident, she insists that she "just wanted to be a Kardashian for a day" and is now going to be "exploring my soul and ridding myself of toxic energy caused by my friends and family."

Unsurprisingly, the obnoxious bride has caused quite a stir on the parenting forum.

One user wrote: "That's just so over the top, it's positively jaw-dropping."

Another added: "All those other Bridezillas out there should bow out in shame."

However, others users have questioned the validity of the story and said surely "it can't be real!"

Another seasoned Mumsnet user wrote: "You know, I bet there is a true story in there somewhere. After reading some of the threads on here, nothing would surprise me."

Fact or fiction, there's no denying she sounds like the world's greatest Bridezilla...

In even more wedding news, this furious Bridezilla asks if she should uninvite her bridesmaid for dying her hair pink... and people are not impressed.

From diet pills to weekly weigh ins... meet the Bridezilla who's banned her bridesmaids from the big day unless they fit in their size ten dresses.

Plus this bride has been slammed for asking guests to save TWO possible dates for her wedding and telling them to wear orange.
