T-shirt
Sundried make clothes from recycled materials including used water bottles and coffee. The grounds, which have a natural ability to control odour and block UV rays, are woven into an anti-bacterial fabric.
Three cups of coffee go into their £50 Grivola top. It is comfy and really soft. They’re on the big side though, so I’d go down a size -
Yoga mat
Countless mats end up in landfill because they are made from non-recyclable materials.Yoga Design Lab has launched a range made from natural tree rubber and recycled plastic bottle microfibres.
This £52 mat is lovely – really soft, not slippy, and very thick and squidgy. It is an all-in-one product too – so you don’t need a towel. Machine washable and comes with a carrying strap -
Socks

The £5 HJ7452 Sports Socks have cushioned feet which makes them really comfy and squidgy. They’re great for running -

- Super Facialist, Purify & Refresh Scrub, £8.99, 150ml -
A traditional, gritty-style scrub that removes dead skin cells and impurities. Includes salicylic acid as well as vitamin B5 and cooling menthol.
Gentle and therefore suitable for even sensitive skin types like mine. It wasn’t harsh or irritating but didn’t leave the skin as soft as the other two I tested.

- Paula’s Choice, Liquid Exfoliant, £26, 118ml -
A lightweight, leave-on formula which is applied with a cotton pad and is similar in texture to a toner. I was thrilled and noticed changes after using it for just four days.
My skin is noticeably better and the softest it’s ever been. The formula is light enough to be able to use twice a day. Favourite of the three products!

An expensive choice, but they do work. My skin was noticeably softer and brighter with continued use.
